Interactivity

HeLPS combines the convenience of PC-based signal processing with the responsiveness of a real-time system. Changes to hearing loss, prosthesis, and stimulus settings are made easily and immediately to give the clinician and listener interactive control of the running simulation.

Convenient Comparisons

HeLPS provides re-programmable storage of five hearing specifications (in addition to Normal Hearing) and five prosthesis specifications (in addition to No Aid) for quick demonstrations of different aids and losses.
